The concept of Biodanza can be applied in many ways. We design and focus each Biodanza workshop to the wishes of our clients. Carefully selected exercises and music contribute to a good integration of a presented message.

Biodanza offers good support with both change and awareness processes within organisations. One of the strengths of Biodanza is non-verbal communication. This breaks conditioned patterns and creates an opportunity to meet each other in a new way.

Where can you learn this skill? A Biodanza session is
