We live in hectic times in which numerous things happen that frequently bring us out of balance. It is
not easy to maintain peace within yourself when there is chaos around you. Before we know it we are going
along with the delusions of everyday life. Sometimes we let ourselves be fooled by thinking that the
anxiety we feel comes from within ourselves, while we are often simply resonating with our environment.
The practice of Biodanza helps to experience your true core. A good starting point to deal with life more consciously. Still, a balanced attitude towards life, especially nowadays, asks for more than that. That's why we (Beatrix and David) would like to end each of our Biodanza classes in a new way.
A powerful method to be/ become/ stay connected close to yourself is to connect with feelings of appreciation and gratitude. Not by looking for things you are grateful for, but by simply tuning in to those feelings in connection with your physical heart.
So far we always ended our Biodanza classes with a shared round of tea. For the new season we would like to go from T(ea) to go GraTitude. After the final circle we will offer, instead of tea, a joined exercise in Gratitude and Appreciation. This moment can be your anchor point again and again to connect with your own core for the rest of the week . Of course you decide for yourself whether to be part in this.
After the exercise we will finish in silence, so you can take your experiences with you in peace.
