- Wear comfortable clothes in which you can move
freely, preferably with multiple layers so you can
regulate your temperature as you wish.
- Biodanza is practiced in bare feet or wearing
dancing shoes with thin soles.
- Do not eat a heavy meal just before the class.
- Avoid alcohol or drugs before or during the
lesson.
- In case of physical complaints, specific
medication or a psychiatric history it is advisable
to ask your doctor if Biodanza is suitable for you.
Furthermore, please discuss with your Biodanza
teacher in advance.
- Bring a bottle of water so you can drink
something during the class.
- Bring a small towel.
- Come on time and do all the exercises from the
start, so you warm up your muscles in a progressive
way.
- Make sure your mobile is turned off during the
class.
- Except for the teacher we don't speak during
Biodanza. This is to maximize the impact of the
exercises. Avoid disturbing the process of yourself
and others by talking.
- Follow the instructions of the teacher for each
exercise.
- Be respectful towards yourself and others.
Remember that you have a responsibility to yourself
and for your behaviour towards others.
- If you need to leave the class for any reason
please do so quietly, respecting the atmosphere of
the class.
- In case of an injury or accident during the class
please inform the teacher and stop dancing
immediately.
