I would like to share myself with you. Not what I do, have done and will do, but from who I essentially am: the beauty of my heart, the strength of my essence, the radiance of my light.
As a human being of flesh and bone I have my peaks, valleys and drawbacks. Even though I know my pitfalls, I still fall in them regularly. This keeps me humble and nourishes my compassion. My heart is big and reaches out to the essence of others. In the authentic encounter with another, I always find my true self again in all its possibilities and forms of expression.
I had to make an effort to feel at home in life. It was only when I submitted to my vulnerability that I found the key to my heart and to life itself. In this Biodanza played a major role. Already in the first Biodanza workshop I attended I felt self-recognition I had never experienced before. The music, the dance, the sharing and the encounters gave me (and still give me) the feeling of coming home to who I truly am.
In 2007 I qualified as a Biodanza teacher. It is my passion to help others find and express their true selves.
